Shibari for Couples

A guided shibari experience for couples — combining learning, connection, and photography, shaped around your intention.

Shibari for couples is a shared experience designed for partners who want to explore rope together — as a form of connection, communication, and embodied presence.

Sessions are guided and adapted to each couple. They may focus on learning a classical or aesthetic tie, creating space for shared exploration, or capturing the result through photography.

Some couples come primarily to learn and experience rope together. Others wish to create images as part of the process. Both are equally valid — the session is shaped around what feels meaningful for you.

A flexible, guided experience

This is not a fixed format. Each session begins with conversation, where we talk about intention, experience level, and what you wish to explore together.
Depending on your wishes, the session may include:

  • Learning a classical or aesthetic shibari tie together
  • Guidance in communication, pacing, and shared presence
  • A calm space to explore rope without photography
  • A couples photoshoot with shibari as part of the experience

What to expect

  • A private, guided session for two people
  • Clear communication and ongoing consent
  • No prior shibari experience required
  • A calm, respectful environment
  • Photography included only if desired
  • No pressure to perform or “get it right”

For whom is this experience?

This experience is for couples who are curious about exploring connection through rope — whether as a learning process, an intimate shared moment, or a creative collaboration.

You do not need to know exactly what you want beforehand. The session is guided with care and adapted as it unfolds.
